At JOYTUTUS, we strive to ensure that every part of your shopping experience is seamless, including returns. We understand that, for various reasons, you may decide to return your purchase.

30-Day Return & Refund Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it, provided that it is new, undamaged, unused, and unmodified.

We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a refund or exchange if it does not meet these requirements.

If your purchased item is damaged during delivery but the damage does not affect its normal use, we will provide appropriate compensation.

Please note: For returns that are not due to product quality issues or errors on our part, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Situations Where We Offer Refunds

Product Issues

JOYTUTUS will cover the return shipping costs for the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, product not as advertised, incorrect item received, or extra items that you did not order.

For all other reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Item Out of Stock

If the item you purchased is out of stock and we are unable to ship it, we will offer you the option to either receive a refund or wait for the item to be restocked.

PayPal Issues

If the name and address on your PayPal account do not match the name and shipping address on your order, we will contact you by email for verification.

If we do not receive a response within three business days, we will automatically refund the order.

Please note that JOYTUTUS does not accept returns for modified products, as modifications void our warranty policy.

Any modified products received will be returned to you at your expense.

Replacements

If you experience any issues with your product, please contact our Tech Support team at support@joytutus.com or +1 681 771 6771 (10:00-20:00 CST Mon.-Fri.).

Our team will assist you with troubleshooting.

If a replacement is necessary, we will process the replacement according to our warranty policy.

We will arrange the return shipping for the original part or item. Once the part or item has been received and inspected, we will ship the replacement.

If damage occurs due to improper handling, setup, or installation, whether performed by a professional or by the customer, the product will no longer be eligible for replacement or refund.
