Return Policy

At JOYTUTUS, we would like to ensure that your shopping experience is unsurpassed, even for a return. We realize that for whatever reason, you may decide to return your purchase.  

  

30-Day Return & Refund Guarantee

If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the package within 30 days of receiving it as long as they are new, undamaged, and unmodified. We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a refund or exchange if it does not meet these requirements.

If you purchase good is damaged during delivery but does not hinder its usual use, we will compensate you appropriately.

Please note: we will not bear the shipping cost for returns.

 

Situations When We Refund

Product issues

JOYTUTUS will pay the shipping costs of the returned item(s) for the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, product inconsistent with advertisements, incorrect product received, or for any extra products you did not order. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Item out of stock

If you purchase goods and we are unable to ship them out due to a stock shortage, we will offer you the choice to either refund or wait for stock.

PayPal Issues

If your PayPal account name and address do not match your order's name and shipping address, we will email you for verification. If you do not reply to us within THREE business days, we will automatically refund the order.

Please note that JOYTUTUS will not accept returns with product modifications as it voids our warranty policy. Any modified products received will be returned to you at your expense. 

Replacements

If there are any issues with your product, please contact our Tech Support at support@joytutus.com or +86 17817881580. Our team will assist you in troubleshooting your product. In the event a replacement is necessary, we would process the replacement according to our warranty policy.



We will arrange for return shipping of the old part/item. Once the part/item has been received and inspected, we will ship the replacement part/item. If damage occurs due to improper handling during the setup or installation whether done professionally or by the customer, then the product is no longer eligible for replacement or refund.
